Drawboard PDF is an excellent tool for creating and viewing PDF documents, among other things, allowing you to compose text, graphic and handwritten annotations to text, import images, use notes and bookmarks.

The application interface is optimized for use on devices with touch screens, endowed with a radial menu, similar to that in OneNote. In addition to the standard set of options for any application of this class, it is possible to rotate all or only the required pages, view the content of the document, text search, fill out forms and attach digital signatures. A configurable autosave function will help prevent the loss of changes made to the document, and the application settings can be synchronized between all devices on which it is installed.
Drawboard PDF is distributed on a paid basis, for 240 rubles, which I must say is quite expensive (the application is positioned as a professional one), but there is a 7-day trial mode that allows you to evaluate the functionality before purchasing. The application interface language is English, of course there are no ad modules.
